These general conditions of online sale (hereinafter "GTC") are concluded between :

on the one hand, the company SARL DOMAINE PASQUET, a company with a capital of 56,000 Euros, registered with the Angoulême Trade Register 512 579 343 under the SIRET number 51257934300017 having its registered office at 27 Ferchaud-Eraville 16120 Bellevigne.

on the other hand, any consumer making an online purchase on the website of SARL DOMAINE PASQUET, namely www.cognac-pasquet.com (hereinafter the "CUSTOMER").

The GTC apply exclusively to natural persons who are non-commercial consumers, acting for the satisfaction of their personal needs. As such, the CUSTOMER declares to have the capacity to conclude this contract, to be of legal age and not to be the subject of any protection measure.

All orders by the CUSTOMER on the SARL DOMAINE PASQUET website (hereinafter the "Site") imply the prior, express and unreserved acceptance of the GTC by the latter, to the exclusion of any other document in contradiction with these GTC.

The GTC can be modified at any time by SARL DOMAINE PASQUET. The GTC applicable to all orders placed on the Website will be those in force on the day of the order.

The titles of the articles of the GTC are given for information purposes only. They will be declared non-existent in the event of a problem of interpretation of the titles or clauses of the GTC.

If one of the stipulations of these General Conditions is deemed null and void by a competent court, it will be expressly withdrawn. However, this deletion will not affect the validity of the other stipulations of the GTC.

The fact that SARL DOMAINE PASQUET does not avail itself, at a given moment, of any of the GTC cannot be interpreted as a waiver of the right to subsequently avail itself of any of the said conditions.


2.1 In accordance with Article L. 111-1 of the Consumer Code, the products for sale on the Website as well as their essential characteristics are presented by the company SARL DOMAINE PASQUET in the form of technical sheets.

2.2 For any question relating to the products offered on the site, the CUSTOMER may contact customer service in accordance with Article 9 of the GTC.


3.1 The CUSTOMER has the possibility to place his order :

- Directly on the website exclusively.

- SARL DOMAINE PASQUET does not validate and does not take any orders by phone.

3.2 When placing his first order via the Website, the CUSTOMER must enter his e–mail address - e-mail- in order to open a customer account. The CUSTOMER will then have to complete an electronic form. This information is essential for the processing and routing of orders and the establishment of invoices.

Orders can be placed and registered on the Website, if the CUSTOMER has identified himself by entering his email address and password.

The defect or insufficiency of the information provided by the CUSTOMER prevents the final validation of the order.

3.3 Any order placed constitutes acceptance of the prices and product descriptions.

Any order can only be considered final upon full and effective payment of the amounts due.

A written order confirmation will be sent to the CUSTOMER by e-mail with an order number.

The confirmation of the order as well as all the data recorded by SARL DOMAINE PASQUET constitute proof of transactions. The company SARL DOMAINE PASQUET reserves the right to cancel any order from a CUSTOMER with whom the company SARL DOMAINE PASQUET would have had a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order or any order presenting abnormal conditions and / or which would not respect the terms of the GTC.

3.4 Stock-outs or waiting for replenishment are indicated on the product sheet presented on the Website. The CUSTOMER will not be able to select the product concerned and add it to his order.

4.1 The price of each product indicated on the Website is expressed in Euros including all taxes.

All prices indicated in Euros on the Website are valid only in metropolitan France, French overseas departments, Corsica, Monaco, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg.

The prices do not include shipping costs which are calculated automatically on the Website when finalizing the order according to the weight of the order.

4.2 The invoice corresponding to the CUSTOMER's order is available on the Website in its customer area via its order details.

4.3 The invoice will be established with French VAT.

All prices are indicated subject to obvious typographical errors. If a manifest typographical error in price should occur, SARL DOMAINE PASQUET will inform the CUSTOMER that the order will be invoiced at the rate corrected for the manifest typographical error.

The CUSTOMER will have the option of accepting the order under the corrected conditions or canceling the order.

4.4 The company SARL DOMAINE PASQUET reserves the right to modify the prices displayed on the Website. The prices indicated online are subject to change at any time without notice.

However, the modification of the prices of the products will not be able to be taken into account on an order already validated by a CUSTOMER. The prices in force at the time of validation of the order by the CUSTOMER are authentic.


Any purchase on the Site is payable in cash and in full when ordering.

The choice of the payment method takes place during the finalization of the order.

Any bank charges claimed by the CUSTOMER's bank remain at his expense.

The CUSTOMER will credit the account of SARL DOMAINE PASQUET with the amount corresponding to the total amount to be paid, specifying the name and the number of the order.

An order is shipped only after the actual collection of the entire amount due. The goods remain the property of the company SARL DOMAINE PASQUET until their full and effective payment. 6.1 SARL DOMAINE PASQUET undertakes to deliver the CUSTOMER within 24 to 96 hours (working days) in Metropolitan France depending on the customer's destination, and cannot exceed (30) thirty days for France and other foreign countries.

In the event that the CUSTOMER wishes to benefit from specific packaging or delivery conditions, SARL DOMAINE PASQUET will issue a specific quote which will be subject to additional invoicing.

The CUSTOMER's package is delivered by the postal services directly to the delivery address entered by the CUSTOMER when ordering. In case of absence during a Colissimo delivery, the CUSTOMER has fifteen (15) days to pick up the package from the date of the delivery notice delivered by the Post Office and 10 days at a relay point. In case of planned absence from home on the day of delivery, the CUSTOMER may :

Shipping costs are offered to the CUSTOMER when the order is over € 400 including VAT in Metropolitan France for a Colissimo shipment (Home, relay point, pickup, Post Office).

Shipping costs are payable for overseas territories and overseas territories and Military personnel on long-term service abroad without an opex address. All these destinations cannot benefit from free shipping costs.

Shipments to Metropolitan France, Corsica, Belgium, Switzerland, Monaco are made by Colissimo.

Shipments in the overseas departments and territories, zone 1 and zone 2, are made by Colissimo Domicile Overseas.

Shipments in Switzerland and Belgium are made by Colissimo Expert International and are free from XX euros minimum order including VAT.

Except in special cases, all products will be delivered at once.

6.2 Upon receipt of his order, the CUSTOMER must verify the conformity of the products delivered.

The CUSTOMER must necessarily check the contents of the package in the presence of a representative of the Post Office.

Any apparent defect and / or any non-conformity of the quantity of product (s) delivered to the order must be the subject of reservations from the CUSTOMER to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within three (3) days from the date of receipt of the product (s) and be confirmed within the same period by the CUSTOMER by contacting SARL DOMAINE PASQUET: - either by phone at 05 45 97 07 49 (price of a local call) from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) from 9:00 am to 19:00,

In the event of failure to deliver on time, if the delay exceeds seven (7) days and is not due to a case of force majeure, the CUSTOMER may cancel the order by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt addressed to SARL DOMAINE PASQUET customer service within sixty (60) working days from the end of the agreed delivery period. If the delivery has not taken place between the sending and the receipt of the said letter, SARL DOMAINE PASQUET will refund all the sums paid by the CUSTOMER as soon as possible, and at the latest within thirty (30) days following the exercise of his right by the CUSTOMER.

If a package is returned to the company SARL DOMAINE PASQUET due to an incomplete or incorrect address or contact information (phone, e-mail) or an exceeded waiting time at the pick-up point, the shipping costs of the second shipment of the order will be invoiced to the CUSTOMER.

6.3 In case of dispute by the customer declaring on honor that he has not received his goods.

If the customer who has placed an order on our online sales site declares on honor or in good faith not to have received his goods when the status of THE POST office indicates: "PARCEL DELIVERED" SARL DOMAINE PASQUET will not be responsible for the poor treatment or the error committed by the post office and its services during delivery.

SARL DOMAINE PASQUET cannot return the goods to its customer by relying on his simple declaration, while the post office certifies that it has delivered and validated the customer's status as "DELIVERED". 

6.4 The procedure to be followed in the event of a dispute.

The customer must contact the post office by phone at: 0825 878 888 to open a Dispute file. The post office then launches an investigation to determine if the customer's goods have been delivered to the correct recipient, or if there has been an error committed during delivery.

Once the investigation has been completed, if the post office recognizes a delivery error at the recipient's level, then SARL DOMAINE PASQUET, in turn, may request to be refunded for its shipped goods, in order to be able to reimburse its customer, or to return the goods ordered during this said order.

If, if necessary, the POST OFFICE does not recognize any delivery and recipient errors, SARL DOMAINE PASQUET will then not be responsible in any way, and will consider that the customer has been delivered correctly.

Therefore, SARL DOMAINE PASQUET will not refund the customer and will not return any goods from the said order.

This procedure, set up in collaboration with THE POST OFFICE, aims to detect numerous frauds on the part of certain customers, who, on their simple oral or written statements, try to defraud or mislead the SARL DOMAINE PASQUET merchant site, in order to try to recover goods in duplicate.


7.1 In accordance with Article L121-21 of the Consumer Code, the CUSTOMER has fourteen (14) clear working days from the delivery of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal with SARL DOMAINE PASQUET.

If this deadline expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the first following working day.

A standard withdrawal form is available in the appendix to these General Conditions of Sale.

7.2 For any refund or exchange of a product, the CUSTOMER must return the product within this period to the company SARL DOMAINE PASQUET.

Said product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, to the following address: 27 Chez ferchaud-ERAVILLE 16120 BELLEVIGNE.

Any damaged, damaged products, or more generally showing any trace of use, will be refused. Any product in a condition that does not allow resale will not be eligible for a refund.

SARL DOMAINE PASQUET cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of packages in return.

The costs related to the return of the product are the responsibility of the CUSTOMER.

When returning the product, the CUSTOMER must necessarily attach the invoice. The company SARL DOMAINE PASQUET will exchange or refund the product at its purchase price including delivery costs within 14 (fourteen) clear days from receipt of the product.


8.1 In accordance with the legal provisions, the products offered by the company SARL DOMAINE PASQUET on the Website benefit from the legal guarantees provided for by articles 1641 and 1648 of the Civil Code, and L.211-1 to L.211-18 of the Consumer Code.

SARL DOMAINE PASQUET cannot be held liable for damages of any kind resulting from misuse, negligence, lack of maintenance or deterioration of the product due in particular to abnormal storage or conservation conditions by the CUSTOMER.
