Artonic Lemon Lavender Tonic

RECIPE
In a highball glass, gently crush the lime with a pestle.
Pour in the rosé Pineau des Charentes. Cover with ice and stir.
Top up with Lemon Lavender Tonic and garnish with a sprig of lavender.
