Tasting
La Belle Inconnue has a beautiful amber color with fruity aromas of great intensity. Gas offers a clean attack.
On the palate, we find aromas of fruit (grape, quince) and cognac, with good persistence.
La Belle Inconnue can be consumed as an aperitif, alone or in a cocktail. We also recommend it for dessert as an accompaniment to tarte tatin.
